"Very nice hotel, with great interior decor. The included breakfast was among the best I ever had. Not only a large buffet selection but a a la carte menu to boot. The location is close to restaurants. But you are also close to the docks so it can be a little noisy. "

"Food was really amazing in the buffet, you never tired of the variety and quality. Pool and the beach service was great, overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. Everything in the hotel is very clean and well maintained and the room quality was 1st rate. One minor issue in the maisonette is the very small wardrobe in the upstairs bedroom a small set of drawers would help. Top hotel."

"Vacation was great. The hotel is well maintained and the service is excellent. We didn't have WiFi service in our room and they provided a modem for a wireless connection. The beach is small and not the greatest, but pools are nice. They should have recycling bins and not just garbage bins. Also the tour we booked to Knossos and Heraklion was just a private taxi taking us around and the taxi driver wanted to finish the tour as soon as possible. Not the nicest. Overall, our stay was great. My kids loved the pool and the kids' club. The young ladies who played with and entertained the kids were extremely nice and friendly."
