"Ok so i stayed in this property for 10 nights. I must say the staff went above their service to say it is a 2 or 3 star hotel. My room was cleaned everyday sometimes i did not even ask and it was still cleaned with new beddings each day. You dont even get this type of service in a 4 star sometimes. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful all the time. Welldone to the cleaners who cleaned my room everyday. Yes outside the location is not very friendly as homless and drug users...

"Beautiful old style of a house. Located in Santa Teresa, a hill nearby Centro. Next to Sambodromo. The area ist nice and safe. The owner is a nice family, he and his wife run a good service . Room has to share the bathrooms, it is very clean so it is okay to share. The biggest room has aircondition and nice view. The buildung is old, the law protected from any changing. The owner has to ask for permission for any changing of the house. He is going to do more comfortable for this hotel."
