I previously reserved a room for 3 but because another person wanted to join us- I reserved 1 more room. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a bigger room good for 4 on the first floor With a n additional fee lower than that of an extra room. Everyone was courteous and accommodating. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone.

The bathrooms have mold. The bedrooms smell. The entire hotel is not maintained. The staff are friendly though.

Week in Laoag
We spent 7 nights here - quite area and safe. Near hospital and easy to get around Laoag. The hotel needs small updates to make it a better place. Management need to change ways of working and encourage staff to engage with customers and make the most of opportunities to enhance the experience. Modest rooms. Basic but adequate menu. Breakfast is I’d say good. Pay attention to daily up keep of the swimming pool. Chemical/ cleaning So overall it’s safe value for money good parking. And very charming staff.

Not as nice as the pictures
A lot older, smaller, and dirtier than expected. I figured that any "hotel" with such a nice pool (as shown in the hotel description) should be ok. The "pool" is actually green ponds of algae, lots of dead and living bugs on the bedding, cramped and dirty bathrooms, the tv seemed like a 13 inch monitor. A 1 star motel rating is much more appropriate.

We were so much in need of that pool after a very tiring day, but i don't know. Perhaps they really schedule the pool's treatment on weekends when it's time to unwind

The hotel staff are accomodating and friendly.Hotel is good and swimming are clean. The quality of food is okay,and the free brewed coffee "the best",we are coffee lover.

The Property is not that clean specially the rooms and bathroom. Service is bad too, staffs are lack of initiative.

Staff are friendly. CR in the swimming pool is unclean, there was no trashcan inside. All in all it was a nice stay.

About 10 minutes drive away from downtown but the place is beautiful. Great clean room with comfy beds. Just hard to catch a trike at night towards downtown to get to the bars. Otherwise, the room, check-in, and breakfast is awesome..
