"The hotel room was spotless and had a great layout with amazing water pressure for shower. The steam room, sauna and gym area were super nice. The pool looked good but was closed while we were there (but we knew that would be the case). The staff was super friendly.
There are many people who write about the elevator situation and that it is very confusing how to get to the actual hotel. They are right that there are two elevators, one to get to the hotel lobby on the 19th floor and then another to get to your room. It is not confusng at all and if you are going on the wrong elevator then you are just not aware of your surroundings and you need to pay more attention to things as it is clearly marked.
If you are taking a cab , it is best to take them form the 18th floor just beside the Denza car dealership.
The location was great and close to the MTR and easy to get to the airport everything Hong Kong has to offer.
I would definitely recommend the Hopewell.
