Marriott East Lansing at University Place
The manager went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Our room was not ready on time, so he offered to add extra points to my Bonvoy account & gave us a ride to our off campus event.

Wild Goose Inn
Paul the inn keeper was wonderful! He showed us around when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. Hyatt Place Lansing - East
I asked when checkout was because I had a late night meeting. Front desk told me checkout was at 12:00. Why would I have two separate house keepers barge into my room at 9:30 and 10:00. Tv was also extremely dim to where it couldn’t be viewed. Not that I care about the tv just the principle.
