"The owner Chris was keen to welcome us along with his lovely 2 lab retrievers. Chris is full of local and world knowledge. The bed and bedding were by far the most comfortable I experienced in Europe so far. I wish I could have stayed longer! "

"The property is an old renovated and comfortable house with a pleasant garden in a small villagge. The owners, Sigrid and Manuel, welcomed us like family. Sigrid is an excellent cook and prepared us, as we requested, a light dinner including home made gazpacho, tomato bread, charcuterie and other local specialties. "Great place with nice grounds. They have a nice pool and bar area and a grand piano and a trampoline and a ping-pong table. The rooms were nice with Saltillo tile on the floor.. we enjoyed our stand. We didn’t have any issues."

"The hotel is located in a service area in the middle of a toll road. Once you are inside the area, you will find it very difficult to go out and eat outside of the service area . This is due to the toll road and the huge detour you need to take to get in and out. We ended having to pay to exit the tool area and then pay to get back in. When we asked about this to the hotel reception, we got very confused and conflicted messages which was not helpful at all. Apart from that, the swimming pool is very nice, the hotel is ok but basic. "

"Hotel , bar and restaurant all fantastic, the only problem was the air con, its not individual room to room, its on a mass comunal system and only goes as cold as they set it, i tried to turn it down to as low as possible (19°), but it just shut off, i asked at reception to be told its regulated by them. "Very good basic hotel close to city centre and connection to Canet outside. They are installing a lift and there’s lots of building work going on, which we had not expected. The ‘free breakfast’ was good albeit very basic. My son had a room next door but he got charged for breakfast, which he did not budget for."
