Excellent accueil du propriétaire, très sympathique! La maison est grande avec une très belle vue, confortable et très bien équipée! La mer à 30m c'est parfait et avons été charmés par ce coin des cotes d'armor. Séjour à renouveler.... Encore merci!

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Der Urlaub war durch die perfekte Ausstattung und tolle Lage des Hauses ein echtes Highlight. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Danke an den Vermieter, der uns schnell und problemlos geholfen hat, wenn wir ihn brauchten. Wer die Ruhe liebt und die Natur ist hier richtig gut aufgehoben.

Un havre de paix

Pour bien connaitre la région, nous l'avions re découverte 'du bon coté du Trieux'. L'endroit est idyllique et totalement adapté pour des vacances en famille (nombreuse). Merci!

Wieder Super Bretagne Urlaub!!!

Das Haus ist super, wie beschrieben, mit großem abgeschlossen Grundstück, ideal auch für kleinere Kinder. Ruhiges Dorf ohne viel Touristenrummel. Der Vermieter Jean Claude ist sehr freundlich und stellt sogar die Mülltonnen raus, wenn wir Touris es vergessen. Die Kajaks und die Tischtennisplatte sind ein tolles Plus. Fischgeschäft, Bäckerei, Cafés und Metzger zentral in Pleubian, der Uexpress ist auch dort um die Ecke. Aber auch in Lanmodez gibt's einen kleinen. Einzelhändler mit dem Nötigsten. Nicht zu vergessen Glann ar Mor Distillery und die Austernbar und und und... wenn wir wieder Bretagne mit der Familie planen, werden wir dieses Haus nochmal buchen!!!

Très bonnes vacances !

Maison à moins d'une minute de marche de la mer ! Il faut juste traverser la rue ! Super emplacement, au calme (pas de commerce "à touriste"), à 10 minutes de marche de l'ostréiculteur. Supermarché à moins de 10 minutes en voiture. Dans la maison il y a à disposition des vélos, 2 kayak, table de ping pong, barbecue, c'est vraiment bien ! Un grand terrain clos (idéal pour mon fils et le chien) bien entretenu. Seul bémol sur le ménage, des toiles d'araignées aux coins, un four pas utilisable en l'état. -> Je ne retiens que le positif car ce fût un très bon séjour. J'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Vacances de mon enfances

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances. Mer, plage, rochers à deux pas, vue magnifique, silence, air pur et gentillesse des autochtones. La maison très confortable et bien équipée mériterait quelques remplacement d’électro-menager. ( bouilloire, lave-vaisselle, sèche-linge) le propriétaire extrêmement gentil nous a emmené dans son bateau toute une après-midi. Deux Canoë-kayak à disposition. À louer en toute confiance.

Très jolie maison

Belle location mais dommage que les précédents locataires n'ont pas bien fait le ménage . Nous avons passé une excellente semaine au soleil de Bretagne et nous avons laissé la maison très propre. Encore une chose il faut penser à investir dans des fourchettes à huîtres !!! Mais c'est pas bien grave. !!

Maison dans un cadre merveilleux et calme

La maison est très bien équipée et spacieuse avec un grand jardin. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour même si nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'essayer les kayak proposés par le propriétaire. Celui ci est très sympathique et discret. La mer est à deux pas de la maison. Les paysages, très différents selon les heures des marées, sont un régal pour les amateurs de photos. Malgré la proximité de lieux touristiques (côte de granit rose, Paimpol...) le quartier est très calme idéal pour se reposer. Nous recommandons le petit marché de Lanmodez du dimanche matin (juillet et août). Pas beaucoup de commerçants mais tout ce qu'il faut pour un premier déjeuner : des légumes locaux très bons et pas excessifs en prix et surtout des crêpes faites sur place et un caramel maison excellents (Chalet des Délices). Le petit village de Pleubian permet également de trouver tous les commerces, de la poissonnerie à la librairie.

Maison agréable et excellent emplacement.

Toutes conditions réunies pour un excellent séjour, dans un endroit calme, à 50 m de la mer et une maison fonctionnelle avec jardin. Vélos et canoës (prévoir sa combinaison) à disposition. Propriétaire agréable et discret. Nous ne pouvons que recommander l'endroit.

Belle et confortable maison dans un environnement exceptionnel.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. La maison est accueillante et confortable, bien équipée. L’environnement est exceptionnel, très calme, avec la mer toute proche et la vue sur l’île de Bréhat. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et disponibles. De plus, Monsieur Champain connaît parfaitement la région et il partage ses connaissances avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les kayaks à disposition. Nous n’avons qu’une envie, celle de revenir.
