I regret I didn’t get her name. She remembered our room number and the hot drinks we like during the 3 days we stay. She is a treasure to the hotel. "

"Everything was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Room rate very reasonable and it included breakfast and complimentary access to the executive lounge. Overall much better value for money than Hong Kong! Definitely recommend Shenzen for a visit!"
