"We loved staying at the Natsepa hotel. All the staff is so lovely and we had an amazing stay. Everyone was helpful and kind. We also really liked the food in their restaurant and the facilities in general. We highly recommend it!!"

"The hotel is clean and pretty centrally located. Staff have limited English but are very eager to help with any issue. I have left bags here twice as I have travelled around Maluku, using Ambon as a base. A plus is that there’s a supermarket and a cafe on the first floor of the hotel. Only complaint: ..."
