"We came up for the weekend for our fanily reunion . The house is old & smells like an old house, which isn't a bad thing. The house was clean & tidy. We couldn't find the hot tub,but it was all good. We didn't spend much time at the house, except for sleeping & watching tv in the evening. Thank you for a pleasant stay."

"Stayed for couples golf/biking weekend. Loacated close to both Lanesboro and Harmony. We were able to bike to Lanesboro and enjoy that area one day and also checked out Harmony. No issues at the house. Would go back."

"This home was AMAZING and there was so much space. If it had more Beds, Futons or Couches available for LARGE GROUPS it could really bring in the bigger groups since the Mayo Civic Center is only 20 Minutes away. "We visited Lanesboro for biking on the Root River State Trail, and kayaking. Our sty at Lanesboro House (there were 4 of us) could not have been better!! It was immaculately clean, very well provisioned, especially the gorgeous, gourmet kitchen!!! The setting is very quaint with a fire ring in the back for those chilly nights, a lovely dining area, and lower level indoor parking for our e-bikes!!! It was all perfect, and we’ll be back!!!"

"This location was incredibly aesthetic and peaceful. I was impressed to see baskets of snacks, water, and a few items (like bug spray) that we may have needed in case we forgot our own. The lodge itself is very spacious, clean, and was perfect for our occasion. The firepit had plenty of chairs, wood, etc. I am very pleased to have stayed at MCR and would definitely visit again. I highly recommend anyone with a larger group (8+) to consider staying here."

"We used this house as a base for biking the Root River Trail. The pictures don't do justice to the inside of this house, it is really upscale. Everything was cleaned, well stocked and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be recommending this property to our friends. Most enjoyable time was watching the storm come in while sitting on the porch."

"Our family was in the area for a family reunion. This rental is only a few miles from town which was perfect for our family. It is located down a long driveway among beautiful trees and cornfields affording complete privacy. We actually did not spend a lot of time on the property because of the reunion, which is too bad because I would have enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the view. The home was very clean and welcoming and it provided everything we needed. I will book this rental again if...

"Three of us stayed here last February. Enjoyed it so much came back with two of our friends. As like February our stay was wonderful. We were able to take nice walks as the weather was perfect. The house is very well stocked. Only other comment is the pictures on the website needs to be updated. Would most definitely stay again if we get down this way again."
