Indoor heated pool and water slide, outdoor basketball courts with dodgeball and pickle ball set up! Game room with air hockey, pool table, and arcade games. Full theater with popcorn and concessions stand. As of Dec 2024 we have upgraded our pool to a salt water system and all of our equipment. This was a massive investment that took tons of research and time. This allows us to maintain the sanitation in our pool 24/7 without the use of harsh chemicals. The new equipment gives us the ability to monitor levels, temperatures, and filtration remotely, and alerts us to any issues. Any questions, please ask! Home Layout: 3000 sqft on the first floor with a bunk room (5 twin beds) and attached half bath; living room, poker room, dining room that sits 10, full kitchen with additional kitchen table for 6 and 4 bar stools; full bath, game room, and massive indoor pool (starts at 3 1/2 ft deep and goes as deep as 12ft). Second floor has 4 bedrooms (double queen, single queen, single queen with crib, single king, and master single king) and 2 more full baths. Walk out finished lower level has a full theater complete with vintage popcorn machine, snacks, 6 reclining theater seats and 86" flat screen smart TV. Other side of lower level has a second living room with sleeper sofa. Walk out patio with premium hot tub and gas fire pit. Outside is a fully enclosed basketball court that includes basketballs, pickle ball paddles, dodgeball, and nets. Our Indoor pool is maintained at 80-85 degrees. This is to keep humidity and condensation balanced in the room and can not be adjusted.

Pets come with a $150 cleaning fee. We are unable to offer early/late check out at this location.

We are in a quiet residential area. We do not permit parties, loud music, or disruptive actives.
We are in a quiet area. Please do not have any loud parties, play music too loud, and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
Pets are allowed with a corresponding fee.
No smoking allowed inside house.
Check in time 4pm and checkout time 11am.
