It was clean and the room was nice. The beds were good. The mattress was firm and slept very good. There was no carpet on the floors and I like that a lot. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Was a great place to stay, for the time we were visiting. Bedding needs some upgrades, bed covers had cigarette burn holes all over. Otherwise the motel was easy and convenient.

Our room had 2 queen beds, but only one bed was made each day after housekeeping came through. We found it odd but funny. The drain for our shower did not drain well so we were standing in water after every shower. I know this is outside of the hotel’s control but we did have some noisy guests that stayed up way too late drinking and talking in the parking. When we woke up the next morning we discovered the cover to our truck opened. Nothing was taken. Over all it was average.

Horrible experience. My problems started the second I got to the hotel. They gave me a non-smoking room, that smelt like a bucket of cigarettes.I went to the desk and the lady said she could just sorry the room . At this point it was to late to reserve somewhere else. So we said okay , next we started to eat our dinner and cockroaches started crawling out of every wall . Absolutely disgusting and I took a picture of them all . I go to the office no one is there . I go back to the room and I go again half an hour later and they sorry that down as well. At this point they said they would comp my night . We left the first thing the next morning sleeping in raid . Never book at this place ! Absolutely atrocious!

Location was perfect for the city of Lancaster. Everything you need was within a few miles. Staff was friendly and helpful. For an older hotel, it was well maintained. The bedding was clean but old and had holes. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I was in a nonsmoking room, yet the bedspread was filled with cigarette hole burns and so was the blanket. The shower had a drip that was constant and annoying when trying to sleep. Staff was so friendly but hotel is in pretty bad shape.

The front desk people were great to work with and very friendly. The room I stayed in needed work. The door would not open all the way without getting stuck on the floor and would not close automatically and that is a safety issue. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked really bad if I had not put towel down they would have cut my feet. There was water damage to the wall behind the toilet. Just in overall need maintenance. The sheets on the bed were really low quality. And a $25 cash deposit at time of check in is really odd. That was not mentioned on hotel’s or even super 8 website. Overall will never stay there again.

When we got our key, it took 3 attempts for them to get the key to work. When finally getting in the room, we immediately turned the key back in due to bed bugs in the room and stayed elsewhere. They didn't really react when my husband told them about the bugs, which makes it seem like they were already aware.
