Cute little cottages. Clean and Maintained well inside and out. However our beds needed to be replaced. uncomfortable and noisy and pillows hard. staff was made aware and immediately offered us another cottage. Since we were out all day and were going out again in two hours we didnt want to bother for just one more night. They offered to help us move but my mother is 95 so we didnt take them up on offer. hopefully they will review their mattresses and pillows and replace. I would consider staying there again if that is upgrated.

Stayed just one night to go to AMT. Great location. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Lovely coffee shop right next door. Not a lot of amenities but perfect little spot for one or two nights. King mattress was not the best. Shower head need cleaning due to hard water. Nothing that would prevent me from staying again. Rustic and not your usual chain hotel. Very quaint.

No bad at all
It’s nice and comfortable. You can hear through the wall though but not a big deal. Water pressure could be better. Clean,private,roomy. Not a bad place to stay.

Our window was broken and it wouldn’t lock . Felt unsafe . So we left . We feel like we should get a refund. There was broken glass on the front porch , the mattress was ripped and gross . The blinds were messed up and the area with the broken window was moldy. Horrible . Lights on parking lot weren’t bright. It was dark and secluded. We felt anxious when we saw someone running in the field behind our room.

Cute cottages so extra quiet. Beds new and VERY comfortable. Bathroom could use an upgrade as the shower had dirt ground into the floor of the tub that needed a real good scrubbing. However, for the price and the bed comfort, my wife and I would stay here again if it is just an overnight

Stay was comfortable but….definitely in need of upgrades as far as furniture and bathrooms. A lot of water stains in bathroom and fixtures were not cleaned. There were dirty towels left in the bathroom from previous guests. Beds were comfortable and sheets smelled fresh. We have stayed here many times but it seems a bit lacking in cleanliness. There was a dirty coffee mug on the bench outside our door that remained there the whole weekend. Please upgrade and do a better job on cleaning. We like this place.

I have stayed there for the past 6 years and always enjoyed my stay. Only thing is that I believe whom ever is running this now needs to do a few updates in the rooms. Like new window shades as some were broken in the room we were in and replace old and stained caulk in bathrooms. Otherwise rooms are always clean. I will continue to stay there.

Wonderful stay at the cottages!
We had a lovely stay at your lodge. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing we can say is that the person we spoke to on the phone had a very heavy accent and was hard to understand. We will stay again. Thank you for an enjoyable evening!

We really liked Where it was Quiet, Off the road, no traffic noises. However it's a diamond in the rough, Really could use some updating. Bring it into the 2020's. I had to call housekeeping because I needed a hairdryer. They were very nice and brought one right away. The next morning I found the one that was Already there Hanging On the Ironing Board!! Sorry would Not think to look to the Ironing Board to find the hair dryer. Toilet Extremely Low and small, as well as the whole bathroom. But we Would consider staying again.

We love the location of Spruce Lane. There was a large stain on the carpet and the water pressure could be better. The bed and room were very comfortable. The front desk attendant was very pleasant.

Not the best place I ever stayed at for the price, not enough towels and washcloth's for 2 ppl, commode seat wasn't even fastened to the commode, fell off every time we used it. Probably won't stay there again

No Water, No Explanation
Check in was smooth and due to running in a half marathon the next day we requested and extra hour to check out (to Noon). No problem. We left for the race at 6am and returned at 10:45 to hear from another guest who was leaving that there was NO Water! We did but hear this from management. I went to the(open) office to find no one. We stayed about an hour to clean up (without water) and never heard from management. We only really needed two things on our overnight, a bed and a shower, the Lodge only delivered 50%. We understand that sometimes these things happen but the lack of communication from management or staff was inexcusable.

A Happy Stay
This is a delightful place! We are impressed with how clean it is, the amenities are sufficient, but not excessive (which appeals to our incredulity at how so many unnecessary things are overdone while basic comfort is overlooked. It was clean, pretty, quiet, private and comfortable. It isn’t “showy,” but we would rather have the other creature comforts.

Great little cottages! Very comfy bed, NO BUGS! Sheets were clean. Overall this is a great little place to stay. Very peaceful and private. My husband and i are planning on going back. It does have a small air pier by it but did not bother us. They stopped at about 10pm and started at about 6:30am. The only downfall was no one on sight to speak to, Only by phone but Very polite and courtesy. Great place to stay with a great price. Also great places to eat breakfast and dinner close by.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was an easy check in. We had clean Towels every day. The staff was very nice & personable. I highly recommend Spruce Lane Cottages.
