  • Newly Renovated! This home has close access to the 33 bi pass, and is on a scenic setting in Lancaster Ohio. We have this home set up for your next get away to Lancaster or the Hocking Hills region. The upper floor has an open floor plan with a recently upgraded kitchen, comfortable beds, a deck with table set overlooking the wooded and private back yard. There are is a staircase from lower level to reach the First Floor* 3 bedrooms are on the first floor with the master having private access to 1st floor bath. On the lower level (where you will enter home and park vehicle) you'll find several games and activities; a full bath and laundry room, Air Hockey, Foosball and game table, and to top it off ample seating in a comfortable great room with a full sofa sleeper. Out back: a 6 person hot tub, back deck, charcoal grill and sandstone steps that take you to the fire pit. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a 6-8 person hot tub, AC, Smart Tvs in all living and bedrooms, Internet with high speed WiFi, laundry room with washer and dryer. Fall in love with Lancaster and enjoy the magic Hocking Hills has to offer.

    A "Starter* of the following items will be provided:
    a roll of paper towels, 4-6 individual coffee pods, dish soap and 4 dishwasher pods, toilet paper and trash bags will be provided in kitchen and bathrooms.
    Recommended items to bring: charcoal and firewood if using fire pit or grill, for stays more than 3 days, extra paper towels and toilet paper, laundry soap, and toiletries for personal use.

Wonderful stay

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. Even when our outdoor plans didn’t work out due to rain, we still had plenty to keep us entertained at the house. We especially loved the hot tub and air hockey. All rooms and beds were very comfortable and house was very clean and updated.

Usually you have 1 thing that doesn't suit you, but not this property! Everything about this rental was great check-in to checkout! Excellent modern facilities, very clean and was well worth the money. There was just my wife and I but there is plenty of room for a family. And there are plenty of games to keep the kids busy. Would definitely rent this again.

This house is a fantastic place to stay. The location was simple to get to and easy to find. The pictures spoke accurately to what the house looked like. Melinda was FANTASTIC to work with. Her communication was always prompt. My family really enjoyed our time there.

This was a very lovely place to stay! The house was beautiful and very clean and very well maintained! The hot tub was very lovely. My kiddos loved all the entertainment that was available. The only "con" would be that there is neighbors. I was hoping for a little more seclusion. But would definitely still stay again. It was secluded enough that it wouldn't deter me. Check on and out was super easy and quick. Host answered my questions through vrbo in a timely manner.

Girls Trip

Perfect Get-away!

We’ve stayed in several homes over the years and this one was the cleanest and offered the most space and activities. From the amazing split adjustable king bed in the master to the hot tub to the game room and tv’s in all the rooms-it offered something for everyone! About 30 min from Hocking Hills in a quiet area. We look forward to returning!

We had a great trip! It was spacious enough for our family of 8. The kids loved the game tables in the basement and the hot tub. This place was exactly what we were looking for!! Plenty of sleeping options for our group. Close to Lancaster, but far enough out in the hills to enjoy a couple stary quiet evening! Very clean and nicely remodeled!! We are already planning another trip that way to stay again!!

This weekend was one of the most incredible trips of my life. We had so much fun together! The house itself was super amazing, but the hot tub and fire pit made it an exceptional time! There was so much privacy being in the best location.We took an uber into town for fairly cheap, and old man’s cave wasn’t too far to visit. Plenty of parking, comfortable sleeping accommodations and the full kitchen…there aren’t enough words. This was a 50/10 star experience for us. So relaxing and well needed girl time! BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!Would 150% recommend, and WILL be returning!!!Owner communication was on point, and accommodations couldn’t have been better!

Romantic Getaway

This property is as good, if not better, than the online listing photos! The host has thought of it all with all of the little touches to make it feel like home! We loved the game room and the hot tub! It’s only 15 minutes from Lancaster which is filled with things to do and great places to eat! We did a Glass Blowing class at the Ohio Glass museum. Our perfect weekend ended with a proposal .

Hidden Gem

At first when you are driving down the road to the house you’re not sure what you’re going to get based on other homes but this house was awesome. I loved the open floor plan, the game area in the basement, the bedrooms, and the hot tub! We had everything we needed (except a metal spatula, we used a plastic one). The first night we were going to get really bad storms and the owner stopped by and dropped off some flashlights - that was so thoughtful and sweet!! The house was very updated and a perfect place to stay for us to enjoy our vacation. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and charming. We enjoyed the games, hot tub, and fire pit tremendously. The Kitchen had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of hot water. We had no problem using both showers at the same time. There was plenty of space for our family of six. There are a lot of stairs, though. That was not made clear in the description. The stairs were hard on my knees and made it impossible for my sister to come over for some s'mores around the fire pit. The rural country setting is quiet and relaxing, and it is a short drive into Lancaster for Dining and shopping.

Great House

Beautiful home! Listing was very accurate, beds were super comfy! Not all details were listed in my email concerning check in. I had to message and text the owner a few times. A single Keurig was the only coffee pot, a few pods but not enough for three adults. Softer lighting with a couple of lamps would be nice. Overhead lighting was too jarring. The hot tub was an added bonus, warm & wonderful for a rainy weekend getaway.

Charming indeed!

We (two couples in their 30s/40s) stayed here for a weekend meet-up and really enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious with several activity options (pictures are accurate). It was clean and outfitted with sufficient supplies. The mattresses weren't the most comfortable, and there are no full-length mirrors. The house is tucked away off the main beat so take precaution on the roads, but it wasn't at all difficult to find and is less than 15 minutes from several food and shopping options. We would def stay here again. Head's up: the house across the street has a confederate flag in their front door that's visible from the rental. It has nothing to do with the host/this property (which were great), but it's worth noting for those who have concerns.

Very Pleasant

This property was exactly what we were needing. The home is spacious, A lot of room downstairs for kids to keep busy with giving them a private area of their own. The top floor & bedrooms worked out just perfect. The property outside is also very nice and I loved the fact you are not on top of neighbors. Very peaceful. I did have one request, and the owners handled it promptly. They communicated very nicely. First time being in Ohio, so it took a little time to get use to the roads, there are stores that are close, Easy ride into town. We enjoyed this property so much we will request to use it again when we return to visit. We are grateful for the experience and very grateful to use this property. Just a lovely experience all around for us. Try it. You will not regret it.
