Great price and location to all nearby attractions. Many restaurants in the area. The rooms, pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast they offered was plentiful! The staff was friendly and helpful. We definitely will stay again on our next visit to Lancaster.

We had a King room on the side of the street. The traffic noise was very disturbing. The pillows were very small and flat. The room and hotel was clean. The price was good and very conveniently located.

I loved the hot tub and the pool. The hours of it being open and closed are very convenient. The staff is welcoming. Check-out process is easy. And the rooms are super clean.

This property has had many upgrades since my last visit. Very clean, staff very friendly and professional. A little disappointed in the breakfast options. Much less than years prior. Overall very pleased and would definitely stay again.

Great Customer service, assistane and support upon check-in. Very friendly staff and breakfast was really good with a variety of food products to select. Also provided free cookies after 1:00 PM. Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights and the property was great! Location was perfect and right in the middle of everything. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. Would love to return next time we come back to the area! The only things that could’ve used improvement were the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable (are they ever?) and the chairs in the dining room are odd because there’s no support in the middle of them so you kinda feel like you may fall through sometimes. 😬 Haha luckily we didn’t, and we weren’t in there for anything other than breakfast!

Canceled at check in. Required a $200 deposit because I was local. Also wouldn’t accept my credit card because it had my maiden name on it. But the same card was used to pay for my room which was good enough for my room charge. Very very rude front desk staff. Did not stay.
