Classic Inn is by far one of the best budget hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The check-in process was quick, taking no more than five minutes, and the gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and polite. The room was clean, and all the sheets and towels smelled amazing. Our only complaint during this stay was the ice machine not working in our building, but it wasn’t a big deal. Another thing we noticed was the disability parking spot is a little too tight and could benefit from being expanded a little bit to make it more accessible. Overall, we feel extremely satisfied with what we got for our money. When we come back, we will stay here again and will recommend it to friends.

The staff was very friendly. The room with the kitchen was nice gave sexual room and didn't have to eat out all the time. I would definitely recommend the classic inn. Will stay there again when I'm in Lancaster!

Rude staff. Smiling rude people. They wouldn't let my son onto the grounds until I came out. They mistook my 12 who I checked in with as a trespasser. The man was really creepy.

Simple, basic, clean and budget friendly
Really, don't pass this up as a typical motel. It is a simple and basic motel, but very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, smells good, and in safe area too, just perfect for our budget stay.

Great Stay
On a business trip of 4 days and happy I selected Classic Inn. Front office staff was very professional and friendly and obviously take pride in the facilty. The property is well cared for and accommodating. Will be my go to place on future travel to the area as well as recommending to friends and associates.

We thought the people in the office were very friendly and let you know they were there if you needed anything. The place was extremely clean which is so important. Everything in the room worked well and was very comfortable. Will come again.

No Frills Place to Stay
Very nice no frills place to stay. It was clean every day. If you want more, then find a place and pay more. I would stay here again when looking for a low price place to stay

I liked the fact that the vanity area and showeer/toilet are not visible from the front door. A couple of the outlets didn't work, but the management and staff were so friendly and accomodation that I can't complain! Will definitely stay there again!

The front desk people were very friendly and accommodating when i requested new towels. Also check in and check out went smoothly. My only complaint is bed was hard and spread is a bit odd. Also could have used extra blankets as well as a sheet on sofa pull out.

This is a dated but very clean and affordable hotel. Our room with two queen beds was spacious. The staff was great. The hotel is just minutes from the Sight and Sound theater, Dutch Wonderland and many stores and restaurants.

Likes: Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was super clean and smelled great. The grab bar in the tub/shower was very helpful, and the shower worked wonderfully. The bed was very comfortable, a plus for someone with chronic pain. If I was someone else I might think the pillows were rather flat, but I like flat pillows so they were just right for me. The area around the hotel was very quiet. Dislikes: The drapes wouldn't stay together at the bottom so I had to do something to block people seeing into the room. The cover on the bed foundation was worn and looked dirty, although it might not have been. The bed frame stuck out on the side and I bumped my leg on it. The refrigerator didn't seem very cold. As we were getting ready to go to an early morning event I discovered the hair dryer only blew cold air. Fortunately that wasn't a big deal.

Does not have many amenities, such as pool, breakfast, etc, but the beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, and staff is very friendly. It was perfect for our short stay and we would definitely stay there again.
