If I could give this property zero stars that would be great. It is not advertised at not handicap friendly. The staff was not friendly or helpful when they found I booked thru a 3rd party. I booked a king suite with a hot tub. Because this was on the second floor and they do not have an elevator, I could not take this room and they would not give me another room because I booked with a 3rd party. So I walked out. Called Expedia. The hotel staff then followed me to my car and said the manager offer me another room. I had to enter thru a dark entry way at the back of the hotel, and when I open the door, the room had not been cleaned. I returned to the front desk and he gave me a different room and it was better. I was supposed to hear from the manager the next day and did not. I asked for the manager when I returned to the hotel Monday afternoon and he was there. He said that he did not have my phone number so he could not call me. Well, my number is in their system. He looked it up and then he said he already issued a credit back to Expedia for the difference in the room and I will need to check with them. He was not very nice about any of this. I received an email from Expedia said the refund was denied. But I can tell you, I will never stay at this hotel again and should have not stayed this time.

Ma'am, I have tried to explain all this to you while you were in the lobby. I am sorry you had such an issue checking in. My second shift girl is still very new. So she is learning. I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay and the miscommunication that I feel could have been avoided. I want you to know I have read your message. I will take appreciate measures. I asked for an accessible room. They put me on the 2nd floor with no elevator. I ride a scooter because I can't walk and surely can't do steps. The room got changed to a 1st floor room. The front door was very difficult to get in on the scooter. I had to fight with one door, got in it and there was another door I had to manover while still halfway in the first door. Poor set up- not handicap accessible. The bathroom was a closet, very very small. I heard the person in another room snoring all night. The stairs were next to my room so I heard people going up and down the stairs all evening. There were no usb plug ins for my phone charger. There was no TV channel guides. By the time I flipped thru all the channels to find a show, the program was 5-10 mins over. The bed was rock hard. Very uncomfortable. I almost went out to the truck to sleep. I paid $140 for this room and it was a very uncomfortable stay. I will not stay at a Baymont by Wyndham ever again. This was the 3rd time I stayed at one but in different towns and states. Never again. The desk clerk was very nice and parking was easy.

I am sorry to hear you had troubles with your walker. However, our doors are standard size. We do have handicap rooms. Your more than welcome to reserve one of those rooms. They are made to fit a wheelchair. So, they would be better than a standard room. I am sorry you were unaware of this. When you make a reservation, you may call in and request the 1st floor. Again, I am sorry it was such a hassle. We want your experience to be everything you expected and more. I am sorry there was no tv guide in your room. That is unfortunate. I do offer UBS cubes at the front desk, that could have been easily corrected. Did you call the front desk about any of the issues you encountered? I feel as though we could have solved a few of these issues while you were here. Again, I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. I do hope you change your mind, and we have the pleasure of getting better and fixing these issue's.

The staff was not unfriendly just not very personable. The pool was pretty chilly for an indoor pool. It would have been nice if it would open earlier than 10 am. The rooms were nice, the bathroom was pretty small but they were functional. The worst part and the reason I would give this hotel a 1 is because the bed was absolutely awful. That’s actually a nice way to put it, I went to a local store and bought a memory foam topper for it for our second night because it literally was a box with sheets on it. I will NEVER recommend nor will I ever stay here again when visiting my family.

I am sorry to here you did not have a good time here at baymont. I will Address the pool. Our pool is regulated temp. The water is 85 degrees and the room itself has to stay at 70 degrees. So, I can see where it can feel chilly when we have been having so many cold nights. I will make sure I also address my staff's rudeness. This is a first I am hearing my staff as a whole being rude. For the beds, I am sorry you had such an awful experience. I will make sure I check into this and see what we can do to fix this issue. Again, I apologize for any and all inconvenience you encountered. Thank you again for staying with us here at Baymont.

Reasonably priced, especially for the quality you get here. I've stayed here multiple times and it has never disappointed. The bed is comfortable, the room is clean, the parking is plentiful, the staff is friendly, I don't use the pool but it always seems clean and well used by others. The breakfast and coffee is nice as well. If there is one thing I could change, it would be to add a bathroom fan. Other than that, it's perfect.

3rd party app said only one single bed. I call and ask for a rollaway or a suite. Nothing available. As im checking in a male is next to me asks for a room with a double bed and gets one. He was kind enough to switch us out. Staff very uninformed on property and the shower was ice cold

Good morning, Travis. Yes, we have tried to fix this with our 3rd parties. Our one double bed is a handicap room. We have told them this is not a standard room. Also, if your reservation was on Saturday night we were sold out. So, I am glad you were able to switch rooms. Can I ask how my staff is uninformed. As we see the reservations how they come in. So, a little guidance on this would be helpful so we can improve. Thank you.

I am so sorry you did not get to stay with us. I did want you to know that we did completely strip and thoroughly searched that room. We did not find anything. I am not saying that it wasn't there at first. We just couldn't find anything. Also, I am sorry you had to be placed upstairs. We have a lot of workers coming and going at our hotel. We do make sure everything is cleaned up every afternoon. Again, I am sorry you did not enjoy the time you spent with us. Very nice and peaceful stay. The location was close to all desired restaurants and stores. The rooms were clean and we had plenty of hot water. Only issue was that there was a bad electrical outlet by the desk in the room. Great stay!

Older hotel but everything in working order. The room could have used better lighting, even with every lamp on it was still pretty dim. Nice indoor pool. Continental breakfast was so so. Coffee was good. Front desk and housekeeping staff very friendly. Very close to restaurants and shopping. (Unrelated to the hotel, but I highly recommend the Cherry Street Pub. About a 5 minute drive).

Booked our stay through Expedia for 2 nights for corporate travel. Plans changed and only one night was stayed. Our crew checked out the next morning only to find out that this hotel refused a refund for the second night. This is not how to keep corporate business.

I am sorry to inform you, that the crew checked out at 130pm. Our cut off is 11am. Our Housekeepers had already left for the day so that room sat dirty, therefor we could not use the room.If the Front Desk was informed about the late check out, we could have made accomadations. Again I am sorry for the misunderstanding.

Our room had a foul Oder to it. Our bathroom had dried up bloody buggers in the shower. The pool room was very cold and the water was not warm. This was not our first stay in the hotel but it was probably the last.

Aleyse, I wanted to let you know I seen your comments and I will be making sure this is taken care of. With the weather changing and geting colder the pool room stays at 70 degrees. The pool water is 87 degrees. With the cold weather I am sure it felt colder. I am sorry you did not have a good time here at Baymont. We will be making sure these mistakes are corrected. Very clean, and beautiful hotel. The only issue I had was that the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly prior to us checking in. The housekeeper left a dirty bath towel hanging on the back of our bathroom door. I thought my boyfriend hung my towel there so I used it, but my towel ended up being where I originally put it, so this was NOT of our towels. Which means I dried myself off with someone else's DIRTY towel.

I am so sorry you had to deal with this. This is unacceptable. Displinary actions have accured to the housekeeper who cleaned your room before.. We also have put other rules in place to stop that from ever happening again. Again, I am so sorry this happened. .
