"It was a lovely stay. The house is spacious and enough for 5 people. We like the backyard and the kitchen mostly. We are the first guest but we liked it. Tram is exactly 13-15 min walk. Bus stop is also near by but not that frequent. On cleanliness washroom and cupboard can be little more but I am sure the host of this house is so good that he will take this point. "This accommodation has the potential to be unique and charming. However the property was not clean. One of my priorities. At first glance it passed cleanliness but it had an underlying grime. The utensils in the kitchen had been put away dirty. The floors in the bathrooms had grey grout that should have been white. It just looked shabby.
