Holiday Apartment "Bergblick" with Roof Terrace, Garden with Pool
The climatic health resort Völlan (Italian: Foiana) in the Merano region is situated 650 m above sea level, surrounded by forests, orchards and vineyards and is a paradise for nature lovers, hikers and mountain bikers. In autumn you are invited to a convivial Törggelen.
Only 5 minutes from the centre of the village lies the fruit farm "Schlosshof" with the 75 m2 holiday flat "Bergblick" on the 3rd floor.
The apartment has a living room with sofa, dining area and a kitchenette with electric cooker, oven and refrigerator, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a sofa bed for one person, and a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers space for 5 people.
The flat is located in the attic, so the bathroom has sloping ceilings. The ceiling height above the toilet is between 1.70 and 1.80 metres, while the shower cubicle has a full height of 2.10 metres.
Wi-Fi, a baby bed and a high chair for children are also part of the facilities.
From the living room you enter your private roof terrace and can enjoy the panoramic mountain view. The South Tyrolean mountain world will make you forget the stress of everyday life.
In the communal garden there is also a pool, which is a popular attraction especially for children travelling with you.
In the spacious outdoor area with a view of the Mayenburg castle ruins you will also find a playground, a barbecue and various sun loungers, a Hollywood swing, so that every guest is guaranteed to find his or her favourite spot.
Hiking and mountain bike tours of various degrees of difficulty start practically right outside the front door. In Völlan itself there are restaurants which you can reach on foot in only a few minutes. In the next village Lana there are more restaurants, shopping facilities and numerous supermarkets, the distance is about 7-8 km (5-6 minutes by car).
And for the lovers of winter sports: the ski area Merano 2000 is only 16 km away and can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car. Other ski resorts are also only 45 minutes away by car.

DAS Preis Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Direkt an der Unterkunft wurden wir sehr nett von der Hausherrin empfangen.
So haben wir auch gleich tolle Vor-Ort-Tipps bekommen. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles vorhanden für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub. Die Kinder waren vom Pool begeistert.
Durch die Lage oberhalb von Lana war es sehr ruhig. Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne und uneingeschränkt weiter.

Sehr schöne Lage, urig, gemütlich.
Pros: Der Ort ist sehr urig und ruhig gelegen. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Wohnung unheimlich gemütlich. Vor allem der Kachelofen sorgt für eine angenehme Wärme an kalten Tagen. Von der Terrasse hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf die Mayenburg und die Berglandschaft.
Cons: Wenn ich auf hohem Niveau klagen möchte, würde ich sagen, dass die Matratze etwas arg hart war. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass in der Küche zumindest Salz und Zucker o. ä. vorhanden gewesen wäre. Aber alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
