"El Sendero Inn is very convenient to the old town area of Santa Fe. It's an easy walk to the plaza, Palace of the Governors, Basilica of St. Francis, restaurants, and shops. The hotel itself is okay--clearly a converted budget motel, so nothing fancy. But it was fine, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was quiet when we stayed in early April. Check-in was easy and staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. Would definitely recommend."
"We stayed at Inn on the Alameida for a week and couldn’t have been happier. Our room was perfect and immaculate. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed cocktails and dinner on their beautiful patio. The food and drinks were excellent, the best margarita in Santa Fe!! The breakfast buffet was the best, with so many options. It’s not your typical breakfast buffet, the choices were freshly prepared and delicious. The breakfast staff, Reyes and Sara are some of the nicest people you’ll meet and were so helpful with suggestions of things to see and do. The afternoon parking attendant, John, always greeted us with a smile and friendly conversation. I don’t often write reviews but Inn on the Alameida is truly a wonderful place in every way. The location was ideal for walking into the plaza and surrounding area, which we did most days. We absolutely WILL return to stay at Inn on the Alameida, 10/10 stay with them."
