"This place is real 'oasis'. The resort is really pretty and provided a great dose of tranquility and winter sun by the pools. The resort provided 'all inclusive' with a good selection. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Thank you to all the team, especially for organising the bespoke tour to Ourika Valley/waterfalls hike in the Atlas that included transfer to the airport- This was a real unplanned bonus for us. Also, the guides provided were brilliant. The hotel also provides shuttle to the Medina. We found this great- easy to book and efficient. This was our first time in Morocco and thanks to this experience it won't be the last. Thank you to the Sol team."

"A beautiful hotel. Calm and relaxing -we had a totally restorative stay. Staff couldn’t have done more for us and the whole experience was wonderful. Beautiful weather and pool (the temp is refreshingly cold); great spa treatments; huge room; delicious breakfasts; el fresco dining by the pool for lunch was fabulous. We went into Marrakesh every night (30 mins in cab) and enjoyed fantastic rooftop bars and restaurants – great recommendations from the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"Nice all inclusive with entertainment that is actually so much fun. Clean hotel! Great food options. If you want something specific to eat just ask for it they will make it for you. Delicious coffee and salad. My husband loved the oxtail!"

However, we can give special mention to Guest Relations extraordinaire Oussama (this man is a gift to the establishment!) Nothing was too small or big for him to take care of on our behalf. And ALWAYS with a sincere smile. We see the next GM in the making!!! Spa Manager Soukaina and the masseuses we worked with directly were lovely and exceedingly competent in giving us several wonderful spa experiences. Mom is still talking about her Hamman! Finally to all the front desk staff, servers and bell staff, like Hamza, Redouane, Abderrafie and others we say THANK YOU! THANK YOU for helping provide such an amazing holiday!!! We look forward to seeing and reconnecting with you ALL again sooner than later :) "

"Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed, not happy they are single beds though. Telephone in rooms don’t work. Nice atmosphere, decor and outside areas look pretty. Have to pay to use Hammam but advetised as included in the AI deal!!! Otherwise an enjoyable stay."
