I had an amazing stay at Riad Nowara & Spa, but what truly made the experience unforgettable were Hamid and Idris. These two gentlemen went far above and beyond every single day — always welcoming, always smiling, and always ready to help with any question or request. One example says it all: I had booked a hammam and massage that unfortunately couldn’t take me at the scheduled time. Hamid immediately stepped in, worked some magic, made a few calls, and somehow managed to get me into another hammam just down the way within an hour. Completely stress-free thanks to him. Hamid and Idris genuinely care about their guests and make you feel more like family than a customer. Their kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail transformed my trip to Marrakech into something special. The riad itself is beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing, but it would not have been the same experience without them. The breakfast each morning was also outstanding — fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start each day before exploring Marrakech. Sitting in the riad each morning with hot mint tea, fresh bread, fruit, and Moroccan specialties became one of my favorite parts of the trip. If you stay here, you are in very good hands. The staffs of the hotel are very nice, helpful, and cooperative in every respect to make to stay enjoyable. They serve great breakfast!

Property was clean , rooms very big and spacious, the pool is lovely as it has areas for the kids and the entertainment team are super fantastic at keeping everyone enjoying their stay all day. Restaurant staff are really great at customer service, food could have a bit more variety but ok . Overall all the staff made the stay a great one, definitely going back.
