Formerly known as The Sunriser, this stunning property has undergone thoughtful renovations under new ownership to create the ultimate lakeside getaway. With updated amenities, refreshed interiors, and a family-friendly beach frontage, we’ve made sure every detail enhances your experience. We have made sure to totally enhance the beach frontage Infront of the property so its sandy, and accessible for all.

Situated on the sandy shores of Lake Huron, this property features three charming cottages—all included in your booking—accommodating up to 22 guests. Whether you're planning a family reunion, a group retreat, or a relaxing weekend with friends, you'll have plenty of space to unwind, explore, and make lasting memories. The Ipperwash public beach access is a 2 minute drive from the cottage so you are welcome to bring your boat and anchor it at the cottage.

Designed with families in mind, our property boasts easy beach access, ample outdoor space, and lots of activities to keep everyone entertained. Enjoy a day of fun with paddleboards, kayaks, beach cruisers, or simply relax by the water. With a private beach and the ability to drive right onto the sand, launching your boat or Sea-Doo is a breeze!

Your Stay Includes:
Full access to all three cottages on the property - this means no other cottagers can book the other cabins during your stay! You will have ample parking for all your vehicles, boats, and gear. There is an outdoor shower – perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach

Cottage Breakdown:.
The Main Cottage (waterfront) has 4 bedrooms, 6 beds and 2 bath. There are 3 queen beds, 2 singles in bunk bed style, and one pull out double bed (brand new with mattress topper)

Cottage 2 - 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, 1 bath. The one bedroom has a queen bed, then the next bedroom offers a bunk bed layout with a double in the bottom and single on top, with a double pull out couch in the living room.

Cottage 3 - 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 1 bath.
Bedroom one is a bunk bed layout with two singles, and the second bedroom is a double bed with a pullout double bed in the living room.

Each Bunkie holds 6, and the main house holds 10 :)

The property offers beach cruisers, paddleboards, cornhole boards, yard games, and kayaks for endless fun on the water. You have lots nearby to bike to in the summertime as we have nearby eateries, shops, and lots of trails to follow.

There is a strict 11 p.m. noise limit that is enforced at the property. We have neighbors and are close to other cottages so we will reach out to you and ask you top quiet down after 11 p.m. Please respect these quiet times as we respect our neighbors.
