Great getaway with family

Once we arrived we felt welcome and at home, it was the perfect place for our family get-together. The accommodations were spacious, comfortable with a family in mind. Were a group of older ladies who get together once or twice a yr. Nicest place we've had so far. House was clean and spacious . Hot tub was great. We'd definitely choose this place again.

Stay was great. Everyone loved the house and had great amenities. Bathroom downstairs was very modern and spacious. The kids loved having a movie night in the theatre room. Wonderful rental

Perfect location - 15 minute walk to the beach and a 3 minute drive to the centre of Grand Bend. Wonderful accommodation for 6 women (we each had our own bedroom) and lots of room for cooking, eating and playing games. Host Tyler was easily available by texting and very accommodating.

Great family Vacation

The cottage was nice, clean and had everything we needed. The beach was a bit of a walk with our two small kids. But as described, it was about 15 mins to walk down. The private beach was very nice, no rocks like the public beach has.

Family week

The cottage is lovely and has 6 large bedrooms. The location is convenient to lot of small towns for day trips , a winery and cider mill and many different beaches. As mentioned in other reviews there was definitely dampness in the lower areas, I mentioned it to the host and he was going to have the HRV settings looked at and adjusted.

We had a great time at Tyler's property in Grand Bend! It was such a luxury to have 6 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Our group was 7 adults and 1 child and so nice for everyone to have their own space. Long driveway with plenty of parking as well. The walk to the beach was straightforward, and once there, just gorgeous! Not crowded or loud, and the water is sandy, perfect for swimming. Tyler was very quick to reply to any questions we had, great experience communicating with him. I lovely place to stay for a family vacation!

Wonderful property

We just spent a week at Tyler's cottage and couldn't be happier with our choice. The house has 6 good size bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It was perfect for our family. Some other key items: - The covered BBQ area came in handy on the days it rained - the projector in the basement was a great treat for the little kids - the walk to the private beach was great and the main Grand bend beach was only 10 min away by car A great big Thank you to Tyler for sharing this wonderful property with us and responding to any of our questions very quickly. We hope to rebook this cottage again.

Beautiful home, great location in Grand Bend!

My friends and I had an amazing time at the property Tyler! Thank you for the fast communication. The place itself was really nice, clean and updated with ample sleeping arrangements. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils etc. It really felt like a home away from home. The backyard was nice, with a fire pit, bar area, bbq and multiple sitting places including a screen in gazebo. Located in a great area, a short bike ride to the main strip. Ample parking for multiple vehicles. Bedrooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends, and would consider booking in the future if I return to the area.

The property is good, very cleaned inside and beautiful. For me the back yard is really good, because there's BBQ, setup. My only comments is that, it says on the add the property it has Four bedrooms, were in fact there's only Three available comfortable bedrooms. There's extra beds in the unfinished basement, but honestly I don't think any guest wants to sleep in the basement, because it has smells and the windows are uncovered and the concrete floors also uncovered and no privacy. Also I didn't find no shampoo and bath/body soap in any two available bathrooms.

Great place, great location!

Clean place and true to the pictures. Very spacious with ample living dining space and multiple bedrooms. Fully stocked with all the basics you need to enjoy your stay inside and outside. It's a fairly quiet neighborhood, but the house backs onto the main road so you will hear minimal traffic. Communication with the host was great from booking to stay! It's in a great location, not too far from the main strip and close to grocery stores and Pinery provincial park. Walk to the semi private beach is indeed 15 minutes. No car access as others have mentioned. It's a small strip compared to the main beach about 8-10 min drive. Parking at the main beach is expensive at $30/day but there's free municipal parking close to Main street with a 10 minute walk to the main beach. The main beach also has a splash pad and park for younger kids. Definitely recommend staying here.

We had a lovely week in Grand Bend. The house was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen has up to date appliances. All bedrooms have plenty of storage room for clothing, bathrooms are clean ( downstairs bathroom is huge! ) We enjoyed star gazing while relaxing in the hot tub , went to Pinery Provincial Park to hike to trails and walked down to the beach to see the driftwood washed up over the winter. All in all it was a perfect place to get the family together for March Break!
