2 bedroom apartment in landscaped residence with private swimming pool (open seasonally) of 8 units only.
Individual entrance and direct access to the swimming pool. Shaded patio for meals and garden for sunbathing.
This residence is in a very quiet location.
Village very busy and frequented in summer (Film Festival in August, presence of a very attractive municipal swimming pool allowing older children and adolescents to make friends ...)
All the comfort is present and in good condition. Separate WC
The residence has been recently renovated: swimming pool and parking, window fitted with hinged shutters to keep it cool.
The village of Lama is a 5-minute drive from the national road providing quick access to the magnificent beaches of Balagne (15 minutes for Ostriconi), the mountains of Haute Corse for hikers, Cap Corse and Corte.

Séjour familial dans un joli village
Emplacement bon à vivre en été, il fait bien frais la nuit. La piscine est très appréciable pour les enfants.

Sehr schönes mittelälterisches Bergdorf
Die Wohnung hat alles was man für ein entspannter Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage ist traumhaft schön und abseits von dem Touristengetümmel. Schöne Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber binnen wenige Autominuten erreichbar. Poolbereich könnte neue Liegen gut gebrauchen. Kehrdienst am Pool haben wir vermisst.

Il est précisé dans l'annonce WiFi et télévision. La personne qui nous a reçus nous a tout de suite mis au parfum:elle n'y connaissait rien. Après plusieurs contacts téléphoniques avec le propriétaire nous sommes restés la semaine sans connexion et sans télé. On a reçu 2 serviettes de bain et 2 essuies mains pour 4 et un seul torchon à vaisselle. Organisation à revoir!!!!!!

Bon séjour dans le magnifique village de Lama
Le logement est fonctionnel et bien situé. Le lit etait un peu trop dur pour nous ( mais c’est une question d’habitude). Accueil très chaleureux de Linda.

appartement agréable a vivre , bien équiper en électro ménagers et vaisselles tout le nécessaire y est , sans oubier la belle et spacieuse piscine . résidence situé au bas du village de Lama que nous avons visiter , très beau village nous avons très apprécier, pour visiter st Florent,ile Rousse,Bastia,Corté et Calvi comter entre 30 minutes et 1h vous verais de tres beau paysage au file des routes, espérons y retourner très rapidement :::: n oublions pas le propriétaire a l écoute de ses locataire , et la personne qui nous a reçus , personne tres sympathique et agréable encore merci

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung in toller Berglage
Wir verbrachten eine Woche in Lama, in einem Bergdorf. Von hier aus kann man wunderbar den Norden Korsikas erkunden. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen, besonders die Terrasse und der Pool. Alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden und wir hatten eine Kontaktperson vor Ort. Es war ein absolut entspannender Aufenthalt für die ganze Familie. Lama selbst und der "Hausberg" ist richtig sehenswert, und es gibt auch ein gutes Restaurant dort, das auch kindertauglich ist.

Super Lage, nette Vermieter, schöne Wohnung
Das Appartement befindet sich hoch oben in einem Bergdorf und bietet dadurch einen schönen Blick in das Tal. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern und ist sehr geräumig. Die nötigen Utensilien waren alle vorrätig. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Erkundung der nördlichen Hälfte Korsikas. Die Wohnung ist sehr nett eingerichtet, v.a. der Außenbereich mit Elektrogrill gefiel uns sehr gut. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und helfen gerne bei sonstigen Anliegen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.
