"I’m from the U.S. but Tanani is our favorite place to stay in Kathmandu (Lalitpur). It is a very beautiful home designed by the owner and managed by the owner. I wouldn’t stay any where else when I come to Kathmandu. Even now, I still have communication with the owners, Shova and Dinesh. They are very friendly and courteous and treat everyone as welcomed guests in their home. It is very clean and well maintained! "

"The guard checked me in . Though I had booked for a garden view room , I was given a room without a window . The Ac remote didn’t work and I was awake till 2 PM due to excessive heat . The room looked like a chicken coop , the pillow were tiny and so uncomfortable . My day got ruined because of the discomfort . Looks like a property from Pahadgunj , they are trying to save on everything from toiletries to electricity bill . Not recommended , there are better properties nearby for a cheaper...
