This outstanding property features full lake access to an all-sports lake, private beach area and access to a private pickleball court. The guesthouse comfortably sleeps 8 and can accommodate up to 11 individuals with the use of a pull-out sofa and fold-down twin bed in the living room. Nestled on four acres of beautiful wooded property, this house is situated directly on the lake. The lake's sandy bottom and shallow waters make it perfect for families with children to swim and play, while a sandbar near an island provides a fun summer hangout spot for boaters.
