First off, the staff was very rude. No one spoke English at all, and they all had attitudes the middle of the day. There’s nobody at the front desk when you scream and ring the bell. Nobody answers there is ice buckets in every room, but no ice machine horrible the worst place I have ever seen.

Terrible experience. Southbank Hotel was under construction, after being bought out by Marriott. This was not disclosed to me by hotels.com or Marriot when I made reservation.
