"It is an older Buddhist temple and feels wonderful to be in a place with such character and history. The meals (all are vegetarian in accordance with Buddhist tradition) are a delicious delight. "The hotel is quite old (guess built in 90's and never renovated) but generally clean and tidy, our room has nice view to the nearby river and housing. Our package includes dinner and breakfast (both in buffet style), local family style but not very special. The hotel is provided with a shared hot spring, and many local visitors have the meals wearing Japanese bathing clothes provided by the hotel, the good vibe makes me feel like staying a local family house. "施設の古さは否めないけれども、それを感じさせないくらい、掃除が行き届いていました。そして、スタッフの方がにこやかに声をかけてくださり、気持ちの良い宿です。バイキングもスタッフの方々が細かな心配り、気配りで汚れたら綺麗にしたり、トングやスプーンなど交換したりしていて、安心して気持ちよく、食べることができました。 料理長も挨拶に来てくださり、感激しました。 湯上がりに飲み物、アルコールが飲み放題。天気が悪かったが、その分、早く宿に行き、 ゆっくりと過ごすことができました。 また、ぜひ訪れたい宿です。"
