"This is a nice, cozy property. Great location near many wineries. Close enough for a day trip to waterfalls. It's pet friendly, which was great for our 2 small dogs. The beds are very comfortable. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us to eat a meal or play games around the large dinning room table. The kitchen was well stocked and great for making pizzas and cooking breakfast. The pier and beach fire pit was fun and relaxing on a crisp fall evening. The only challenge at this place is that you have to cross a busy road to get to the beach. The host is upfront about this. It was not a problem for our group of 3 couples and small dogs. But it could be slightly challenging for famlies with small children and high energy pets. Overall this place exceeded my expectations. I would recommend it for a getaway to wine county in the Fingerlakes. "

She added nice touches to the property, had great communication, and made the check-in process seamless. She really ensured everything was taken care of so we could just relax and focus on our vacation. The property itself is as close to the water as you can get and is great for kids, pets, and fun for adults. We will definitely look to stay here again!"

"Overall, nice property. No lake views but short walk to lakeside stretch with seating and firepit. Good comms with host prior to weekend, slow response during the stay. Would recommend for large parties!"
