The home offers a variety of games and toys including a croquet set, corn hole, badminton, and bocce ball, plus a sand volleyball court and equipment. Explore the surrounding woods with a hike around the property. On rainy days, there's also a Ping-Pong table for indoor entertainment. After the day's activities, relax in the private hot tub or gather around the firepit for starlight conversation and S'mores. An outdoor prep kitchen comes equipped with a sink, counter space, fridge and utensils for al fresco meals which can be enjoyed at the waterfront picnic/dining area. The prep kitchen makes an ideal addition to the barbecue area and is also a convenient space for use by caterers or hired chefs.

The dining room offers seating for six and includes a storyboard with photos depicting the property's rich history. Primary guests will have access to a private en suite bathroom and a second, full bathroom is shared between the two other guest rooms. A private washer/dryer can be found in the primary bedroom. For guests needing additional space, this home can be rented together with the on-site orchard cottage as The Glen Cove Sand Spit & Guest Cottage.
WHAT’S NEARBY Just a mile away from home, Key Center offers full suite of local services including a grocery store with a full beer, wine and liquor store, shopping, dining, and emergency services. Lake Catherine Village shopping center is halfway to Purdy on Highway 302. National retail chains and big-block convenience can be found in Purdy. Further south, Gig Harbor offers a quaint harbor-front and great local dining.
THINGS TO KNOW A 40-amp plug located inside the roll-up door in the garage can be used for EV charging. Guests must supply their own adapter cord. Volleyball: The volleyball court is in the middle of the sandspit. The net can be tied between the 2 permanent posts in the sand. Balls and the net are in the garage and an air pump is in the bin with the balls to add air if needed. Kayaks and stand up paddle board: These can be carried across the lawn to the boat launch ramp by the garden. At night, all the boats and beach toys should be brought up onto the lawn as the tide can come up into the driftwood and things float away.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

This is a lovely property and is as lovely in real life as the photos in the listing. We had a bit of weather while there (hardly unexpected for early March in the PNW), so couldn't take advantage of all that's included here. However, being right on the water, hearing it when you wake up and watching it during a storm was just lovely.
The property was amazing! Very beautiful and stocked very well and with plenty to do. Loved that there were more than enough towels and everything we needed in the kitchen. The hot tub was great. The cleanliness wasn’t the best though. I had to sweep the floors, the showers weren’t wiped very well (there was still hair in one), the counters weren’t wiped well, and the floor had several areas that should have been wiped up. Overall cleanliness was okay, it just didn’t look like it had been thoroughly cleaned.

Nice long weekend!
The location and house were great! Very well equipped! We used kayaks, paddleboards, corn hole, hit golf balls into the water and collected at low tide.... Games and puzzles provided too! The kitchen had everything we needed. Would love to come back!

Fantastic place
Beautiful, clean and peaceful. Kitchen had everything you need (including salt, pepper and oil). Living room had side tables and reading lamps for a cozy evening reading books. Power strips conveniently laid out for easy charging. This place is exactly as described.
