Emerald Queen Hotel and Casino - Tacoma
The room was very clean and well laid out. The facility was very clean and comfortable. Staff was not attentive and I had to wait each time I had a question. There was no free coffee available in the lobby. A bottle of Coke was $6. Could use some customer service improvement.

The house itself was great for everyone for the most part. Outside wasn’t as easy for the pets as they had to remain leashed.
