"This is a marginally upgraded inner city neighborhood. The interior is clean and orderly but there are no touches that tell you that it is upscale: no plants, no restaurant, no pool.
The parking garage IS secure but there are numerous warnings about the high theft neighborhood. The "adaptive" bath had no seat/stool. The handheld shower was not functional and its wall holder was loose. The overhead shower control did not move. The water pressure was low. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was loose.
However it's clear that the housekeepers are doing their best. "
