"We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end! The staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. My husband has difficulty climbing stairs, and the staff went out of their way to arrange a room that would meet his mobility needs. Their kindness and consideration were truly appreciated. The entire property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and organized. You can tell that the staff take pride in keeping everything comfortable and welcoming for their guests. The complimentary breakfast was fairly standard, but one detail really stood out to me: they use real plates and silverware instead of disposable plastic! It may seem like a small thing, but in my opinion, it makes a huge difference and adds a much nicer touch to the breakfast experience. Both check-in and check-out were extremely easy, quick, and hassle-free. Overall, we were very impressed with the cleanliness, thoughtful accommodations, and especially the wonderful staff. It's those little extra touches that make a stay memorable. I would absolutely recommend this property and would happily stay here again!"

"Listen, I'm not the type to leave reviews, GOOD OR BAD... But this place deserves the praise 👏 11/10 stay. I cannot stress enough how underrated this gem of a location is. There is incredible space inside the house (which is beautifully designed by the way) and the lake view is beyond amazing. It is definitely a sight to see with many fun amenities like fishing, kayaking, a fire pit, an amazing gym, a hot tub, and a couple of other things that I am forgetting. For anyone who is reading this and deciding whether or not they should book this place, bite the bullet and just do it. I promise the distance from the city is worth the stay here."

"My husband and I stayed at the Conference Centre both on our way to Lake Superior and upon our return to Toronto. The suites were clean and the towels were crispy and fresh. What I would like to commend most is the bathroom of one of the suites. The design of the shower took into consideration of the needs of the seniors and people with disabilities."
