"The rooms were not really clean and the walls had plaster coming off. They charge you a 50.00 incidental fee per day not just for your stay… and parking is $22 a day in a parking garage that has no lights and no stairs you have to walk down the ramp and hope the car will see you. At check in you could not hear the attendant due to the music being played. And they tried to charge for Valet parking. The nicest thing about this hotel was the lobby. "

"Great location for everything we wanted to experience while visiting Hot Springs. We too were visited by Missy. We have never had a deer approach us and it was magic. I would go back again for sure. The cabin was private as described even though there are nearby cabins. Theresa was responsive and a great host. We didn’t want to leave. "
