"We had an absolutely fantastic stay here! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, making us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. The breakfast was a highlight each morning, offering a spectacular and varied selection that catered to every taste. If you are looking for a luxurious getaway with breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the Eiger, this is absolutely the place to be. The combination of top-tier service, incredible food, and an unforgettable alpine backdrop made our trip truly special. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and are already looking forward to our next visit un the future!"

"We had a beautiful view on the 6th floor overlooking the lake. The housekeeping services were superb, turndown service included a lovely Swiss chocolate. The nespresso pods and teas were wonderful, and we loved getting bottled waters every day! The front desk employees were so helpful at checkin, for booking a Mount Rigi excursion, recommendations for eating, and stored our bags at checkout and gave us a sweet little Lucerne treat as a parting gift. The pool with jets and sauna were also a nice way to relax between sightseeing! We would definitely stay here again!"

"Our stay at Chateau Gütsch was awesome and filled with unique experiences, especially thanks to its rich history. However, housekeeping needs improvement; our amenities weren’t topped up, and we even had to buy our own toilet paper from a nearby market. It is a memorable place to stay, but the service needs to be sharper."
