Breakfast was a delight every morning with a view onto the park next door. Staff were lovely. The room was also very comfortable although I did find the public spaces such as the foyer not very cosy.

My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon and had the most incredible experience. We got the Burgenstock Boat across Lake Lucerne and then the Funicular up the mountain. We were kindly escorted to our Executive room with Panorama view (to which we were very kindly upgraded to for our honeymoon by Andreas). Great view and a beautiful area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation near Interlaken. It’s just one stop from Interlaken Ost and can be reached by train, bus, or ferry. However, services are not very frequent, so it’s worth planning your transportation in advance. nice stay close to Luzern

The property has great views of the lake and is convenient to get to if you have a car. If not you have to take the boat to get to the hotel. The only problem we had during our stay was the limited options of food available as there are no restaurants nearby besides the hotel restaurant.
