Spacious 3-bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms located in the newly renovated Cold Brook Plaza in downtown Lake Placid. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all cookware. The comfortable living room includes an electric fireplace, HDTV, and free Wi-Fi. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and the living area. Linens, towels, hairdryer, and iron are provided for your convenience. Step outside onto the private deck/porch with patio furniture and enjoy free parking on site.
A large Hannaford supermarket is just steps away, along with Marshalls, a wine store, a popular Indian restaurant, and other shops in the plaza. Behind the building is direct access to the Adirondack Rail Trail, a scenic 34-mile multi-use path connecting Lake Placid and Saranac Lake—perfect for walking, biking (including e-bikes), and running in summer, and snowmobiling or cross-country skiing in winter. Enjoy the best of convenience and outdoor adventure right from your doorstep. Please note that some of our units are pet-friendly but only for 1 pet per unit.
