Golf cart was a big plus and an easy ride to rec centers, Brownwood and multiple golf courses. Having the resident pass made scheduling golf easy. We had no trouble getting T-times. The host Joni was easy to contact and always responded very quickly. "

"House was nice and clean. Supplies were low. One extra trash bag, one dishwasher pellet, Detergent for one load of laundry. Pans to cook in, were very very used and old. keypad for entry stopped working because of low battery, contacted host and he replied thanks for letting him know. No one came to fix it, we had to use garage door opener to get into house. Beautiful comfortable home but a lack of attention to the small details. "
