Welcome to The Lake of Bays Luxury Muskoka Villas! Beautifully furnished 2,000 sq. ft lakefront villa with top notch amenities. Directly facing Lake of Bays, the view of the waterfront from our villa is absolutely stunning! Just steps from the water and shared boathouse; perfect for early morning swims, soaking up the sun, or just relaxing with a book and a beverage. The Villa includes 2 + 1 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, deck with gas BBQ, 2 indoor fireplaces, heat and AC, high-speed wifi, and satellite TV. Get out of the city and into Muskoka!

**VILLA AND COMMON AREAS ARE THOROUGHLY CLEANED AFTER EACH STAY IN ACCORDANCE WITH COVID PROTOCOLS**

This means you will need to bring all consumables with you, including: soap, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, salt & pepper, spices, butter, oil, condiments, coffee, tea, etc. Guests will have access to a small storage locker that will contain some of these items but we cannot guarantee that it will be everything you need for your stay. Everything was wonderful very comfortable we had some problems with the TV and the controllers no ba

We had a wonderful time a few issues with the TV controllers the batteries were not working only in one we figured out some things though to do It was very lovely and relaxing just what we needed we wish to come back again if possible
