"This hotel was a little old and worn feeling, but the room was good. It had a comfortable bed, good wifi and the staff were friendly. The room we had (130) could have used better lighting. It was a good value value accommodation. "

"The elevator was broken and out of commission. Although they advertised free breakfast, when we checked in there was a sign saying “No breakfast. Sorry for the inconvenience.” We were traveling with my elderly mother and intentionally booked a two bedroom suite. When we checked in to the room it was extremely warm and stuffy with no way to adjust the temperature. The desk clerk found us two adjoining rooms but upon entering one, found it hadn’t been cleaned (bed unmade, towels on the floor etc. In fact I thought I had entered an occupied room) so back to the clerk for our third try. This one had just one towel and the bedside lamp bulb was burned out. Not at all pleased!"
