Sheets& standard size pillows do not feel or smell clean at all. King size pillows should be with king bed. Bathroom should be stocked with at least three towels instead of two. The rest of the hotel was clean (public areas & outside).

Girl's trip

The front desk guy we worked with was awesome. The breakfast was amazing. The room was giant and perfect for our weekend. The hotel was in a great location to dining and shopping. We were disappointed that there was no hot tub, which was a main reason for choosing this hotel, but we got by just fine.

My second time staying here in the past couple of months. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Actually had 3 rooms this trip and all were great!

Great hotel, the hot tub and spa were out of commission though! My kids were disappointed for that-the pool water was pretty chilly so they couldn’t swim very long.

Great hotel!

Great hotel! The only issue was that the drapes didn't close all the way. There was about 4 feet that only had the sheer curtain blocking the window. There was a light in the parking lot outside our window so it was fairly bright in the room while we were trying to sleep.

It'll do!

I stayed here for a wedding. The staff was nice at check in. The room was fine. There were a few cleaning issues. The cleaning staff should check the corners. The pill pool area was a hot mess and the room has rust everywhere. Just not pleasant. Breakfast was typical Continental low end fair but you can easily walk to several places around. Beds were comfy and the place was quiet, especially considering how full it was. Would stay again. Would not expect to go near that hot mess pool room.

Was charged for a double queen studio suite. They were overbooked apparently, so I got stuck with two standard rooms, when we all wanted to be together....then had to move to another room again because thermostat wouldn't go down from 93 degrees. Then there was no hot tub and no warning prior. Kind of why we wanted to stay at this hotel. Not such a huge big deal but a little disappointing when we didn't get the room we were charged for in the beginning because "hotel was overbooked"

We didn’t expect things to be top tier but our carpet was very dirty/smelly and the bathroom had blood/bbq sauce (?) on the wall and trash can. Sheets were missing from one of the bed. The breakfast quality was very poor though you can tell true effort was put in. It is more of a cleaning annd management issue because all of the front desk and kitchen staff were so friendly. and helpful.
