"The hallway smelled like urine and it was disappointing the refrigerator didn’t work the microwave didn’t work or have the plate. By far the worst experience I have ever had. "

She always greeted us with a smile when we came in and asked if there was anything we needed. Mary at the front desk was also super nice. Would definitely stay here again!! "

Poorly made media center was tipping so the drawer would not close, my husband hit his shins on it on the way to the bathroom. Bath tub and sink were stained. Couch had a huge hole. Sheets were rough, mattress was lumpy, towels were very small. No soap or shampoo in the shower. Water pressure was low. There’s a leak somewhere in the bathroom so floor was wet. Check-in staff was fine, check-out staff avoided eye contact and ignored me. "
