"My husband and I spent the weekend here celebrating our anniversary. The cabin was fabulous and immaculate! It had all the nice touches of home. We really enjoyed the beautiful deck and the area is really nice."

"Other than a few small things that could be better, I was glad I rented this property near the downtown areas of both Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. My dog really enjoyed all the new smells and the lake water."

"The house was nice enough. That wasn't the problem. The ad was misleading. We were 1.5 miles from the indoor and outdoor pools. There were no walking paths or sidewalks to the pool. The lake was not Lake Lure and we were also over a mile from it as well. The amenities were charged per person and we were charged for 3 full days even though we arrived after pool closing and had to check out by 10 on Monday. Pretty disappointed overall. Won't stay there again."

"Had a great birthday on the lake! The house was perfect for a small group of family/friends. We enjoyed jumping off the dock house, and watching the weather on the large back porch. Also the bar/restaurant Canoe Kitchen was a really awesome spot that is basically walking distance from this house. We can’t wait to come back."
