"Front desk staff non existent, toilet overflowed 5am, called 4x’s, shower not draining either. Finally maintenance came at 10am said something wrong in main plumbing, can’t unclog it. Opened a different room for us to shower in time for 11am check out. I so badly wanted to love this place."

The only thing I would complain about was that it’s sits on a busier street. Not crazy busy, but if you don’t like the sounds of cars driving by, it can be annoying. I travel with ear muffs and they were needed. But did not hear any other guests which was great!"

"We found it a well-appointed, beautiful and spacious rental home located on Wakondah Pond. After many years of renting various homes, I have to say this was one of the best, well-supplied, clean homes in which we have stayed. While it was a bit chilly when we were there to use the supplied kayaks on the lake, it was a delight to know that they were available. If it had been Summer, we definitely would have used the decks and the lakeside chairs longer and more frequently.Each room had its own temperature-regulated system so we were all very comfortable throughout the house. The rental gave the feeling of being isolated, but we were actually only a few miles from the town of Meredith and some great restaurants, which we frequented every evening.We have visited this area before and have always found new hiking trails and places to visit every year."

"Beautiful home, lovely view, clean, convenient location, owners are very friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay here and the dock was extremely convenient for our boat rental. The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained and our dog loved playing in the nice grass. Would definitely come back."
