Fully stocked kitchen, outdoor seating on both decks, charcoal grill, and comfortable, cozy living space to enjoy after a long day at the beach. This is a single family home with no shared spaces; you have the entire home to yourself.

This property is located on the Beach Side of Bluewater Highway 1.7 miles from the Surfside Bridge and only steps away from the water. You do not have to cross Bluewater Highway to access the beach. There are two large decks with unobstructed views of the gulf and the bay. The upper decks are accessible from both bedrooms.

This home sleeps a maximum of 6 people with a max of 4 adult-sized people. No parties, gatherings or events.

Perfect weekend of fun with grandkids. Accomodations could not be better if staying in the Surfside Beach community. This is the place to stay at for 4-6 people. Well maintained and very clean.

The house was very nice and well stocked. Easy walk to the beach. My daughter accidentally left her swimsuit in the dryer and the owner was very kind to reach out to me so that my daughter didn’t lose it.

The most cozy stay with the best view!

This home was incredibly cozy and spotless, making it the perfect getaway. I found myself spending just as much time inside as I did outside because it was so comfortable and had everything I needed. The host was great and communicated with me well! I felt welcomed and well-accommodated throughout my stay. The downstairs porch and upstairs balcony offered stunning ocean views, making it even harder to leave. On top of that, the neighbors and visitors in the area were so nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for having me!!!!

Melanie communicated back and forth with us throughout our stay to ensure we were ok and had everything we needed. She made suggestions of where to go out for dinner and, where to go on the island with the family. Knowing it was our anniversary, she had cookies, flowers and a card waiting for us! So thoughtful and sweet! The house is fully stocked and is a great location close to the beach! We look forward to staying at the Tipsy Flamingo in the future! Thank you Melanie!

Everything you need for a small family!

Our stay at the Tipsy Flamingo far surpassed our expectations! The location is perfect in that you are able to view both sunrise and sunset, and the private beach access is a HUGE added feature! The house comes with everything you need, and great TV options for rainy days or when the kiddos need a break :) We were provided shower amenities, outdoor storage for all the beach things, it was amazing to have that level of attention for us. This was our first family vacation, and we couldn't have found a more perfect place. It is located right next to the road; however, we did not find this to be a problem whatsoever. We were there for Labor Day, so the weekend beach days were BUSY, claim your spot at the beach early :) Amazing place, amazing vacation, perfect for a small family! 10/10! Other helpful information: · The apartment is very cozy and looks brand new · Less than a min walk to the beach · Outdoor furniture for meals or just chilling · Be aware of mosquitoes · View on the ocean from the deck

Highly recommend

This was my son’s first time going to a beach and seeing the ocean. I really wanted the perfect experience for him and he absolutely loved everything about this trip. The house was amazing. The view from the balcony was incredible, looking at the stars at night or the sun coming up in the morning.

The Tipsy Flamingo was amazing. Communication from the host excellent. The house was in a great location and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped, AC cold and beds were comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and views from both decks amazing. We will definitely be back!

Little piece of paradise!

We needed a vacation that included beautiful scenery and didn't involve a lot of walking due to health reasons. This was it! So close to the beach, the house was cute and clean, and we had a great time!

Super cute rental. It’s much higher up than the most of the other homes in the area so we had a great view of the ocean. Easy walk down to the beach and to the little tiki bar and cart rental place around the corner.
