Fully stocked kitchen, outdoor seating on both decks, charcoal grill, and comfortable, cozy living space to enjoy after a long day at the beach. This is a single family home with no shared spaces; you have the entire home to yourself.
Whole house water filtration system.
High speed Internet included to work while vacationing.
Camera in the carport area for added security.
This property is located on the Beach Side of Bluewater Highway 1.7 miles from the Surfside Bridge and only steps away from the water. You do not have to cross Bluewater Highway to access the beach. There are two large decks with unobstructed views of the gulf and the bay. The upper decks are accessible from both bedrooms.

This home sleeps a maximum of 6 people with a max of 4 adult-sized people. No parties, gatherings or events.

Fantastic experience

The Tipsy Flamingo was amazing. Communication from the host excellent. The house was in a great location and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped, AC cold and beds were comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and views from both decks amazing. We will definitely be back!

Little piece of paradise!

We needed a vacation that included beautiful scenery and didn't involve a lot of walking due to health reasons. This was it! So close to the beach, the house was cute and clean, and we had a great time!

Cute rental

Super cute rental. It’s much higher up than the most of the other homes in the area so we had a great view of the ocean. Easy walk down to the beach and to the little tiki bar and cart rental place around the corner.

The house was very nice and well stocked. Easy walk to the beach. My daughter accidentally left her swimsuit in the dryer and the owner was very kind to reach out to me so that my daughter didn’t lose it.

This is a great beach house in a great location! Easy access to the beach, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a/c works well, it was overall a great stay. I’ve earmarked this house for future stays. Melanie’s communication is incredible! She answered all of my questions and I had A LOT!

The most cozy stay with the best view!

This home was incredibly cozy and spotless, making it the perfect getaway. I found myself spending just as much time inside as I did outside because it was so comfortable and had everything I needed. The host was great and communicated with me well! I felt welcomed and well-accommodated throughout my stay. The downstairs porch and upstairs balcony offered stunning ocean views, making it even harder to leave. On top of that, the neighbors and visitors in the area were so nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for having me!!!!

Perfect little getaway spot

The house was perfect for my family of 5. There was a walking beach access right on our street. Car access was only a couple of streets down. Property was perfectly decorated and well stocked for our needs. Home was up to date and very clean. Would highly recommend!!
