"Maintenance lacking, stovetop inop. Problem with toilet clogs. Kitchen sink is leaking unless turned very hard. Trouble checking in at first, but clerk finally found envelope with my name on it with key. Need to find better way to ensure easier check in. Although it seems I am being kind of hard on them, all in all stay was ok. "

"The staff were extremely courteous. The infinity pool on the rooftop is nice. You can see Argentina across the river and the city on the other side. The hotel arranged for a cab to see the falls in the Argentinian side which was convenient. The surrounding are walkable with plenty of cafe, bars and restaurants."

Fomos muito bem atendidos principalmente pelas funcionárias Lauana e Fernanda. Fernanda nos recebeu e rapidamente fez os tramites do check in liberando os 9 quartos com muita simpatia. Lauana nos ajudou muito com minha mãe que é idosa. REcomendo!!! "
