"Outstanding, beautiful resort to relax and unwind. This place is perfection. I had the room with a private bath that overlooked the garden. So beautiful and serene. The curated kaiseki meal and breakfast were incredibly delicious. Highly recommend this resort, will be back again! "

"Staff very friendly! Spend the extra money for the onsen in the room and for the buffet dinner! They are both worth every penny! We can’t wait to go back. The only downside was the bed/futon and bean pillows. The bed and pillow was uncomfortable and my husband didn’t like the futon and he sleeps on the floor every night. The “Las Vegas” was ok but many machines were down. Loved the pipe organ!!"

"This is modernized facility that offers so many services and events on site. I enjoyed dining services on specific hours, and structures of this facility were astonishingly beautiful. My only issue was that the Japanese-western style room that i booked had mediocre view from window that kinda ruined the value of money. "
