"There was land clearing being done next to the house I’m sure if that what was causing the house to have roaches and no not water roaches actually the small house infestation roaches the house was clean but could have been aired out before having arrived it was musky the neighbors are friendly. "

"Hotel staff are courteous, polite and attentive. There is ample parking. The room and grounds are clean. Plenty of dining options within ten minutes drive and grocery/department stores are also close by."

"We had a great stay overall at the Lakefront Oasis. The house was excellent—very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The view from the house was beautiful and definitely a highlight of our stay.However, the entire pool area in the backyard was quite dirty, which was disappointing since we were really looking forward to using it. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy that part of the property.Aside from that, everything else was good, and we did enjoy our stay. We would consider coming back, but we do hope the pool area is properly maintained next time, as it’s an important part of the experience for us."

"Never got a chance to stay, got cancelled 3 days before my trip stating there was an issue with water cooler. We got downgraded to a smaller house 1 level for 11 people and 2 bathrooms, seems like we were profiled. Tried to charge us the same price for the downgrade and was only willing to give us 150 for compensation, when the 2nd option was listed for 1,000 less. Stated we could only get 10% off because we asked for compensation for the last min inconvenience, or have complete refund, which would cause us to have to have luck with finding something else in less than 3 days. We ended up taking the refund with our fingers crossed that we could find something else, since all flights were already paid for. Never again will I request a stay with these individuals if I see them as the host."
