I Couldn't fault the staff.
The room wasn't has bing as the previous one.
Door's didn't close properly and the Aircon in the second room was barely working.'
The tiles in the Bathroom and shower are a safety concern and needs to be addressed ASAP
They are way to slippery and even worse when you've used shampoo. The beds in this room where uncomfortable
Hotel staff are alway nice and polite.

This hotel is definitely value for money, the rooms are clean and well equipped and the breakfast is excellent with a really good selection of hot and cold food. There is also a nice outdoor patio area on the 3rd floor and a lounge are on the 2nd.
A perfect location for exploring Sydney, only a short walk to nice bars and restaurants as well as the Botanic Gardens.
The only downside are the steep steps down to the hotel from Kings Cross Station. I would recommend a taxi if you have a lot of baggage.
